Mr. Weidemann performed an assessment of the agency’s new program structure, and based on this assessment is assisting Catholic Charities as it develops a new, best-practices model for case management. Mr. Weidemann’s role involves identifying promising practices in case management; defining new case management processes, procedures and systems; and developing a strategy for implementing recommended changes to the organization’s program model.
