Merger Plan

Mr. Weidemann provided guidance, project management, and operational support as two small nonprofit literacy providers, based in Orange County, NY, underwent the planning, preparation, and execution of a merger. Using our highly-successful Implementation Planning Tool, we provided the two organizations with the support that they required to execute the complex process of the merger, as well as the challenging effort to integrate the two organizations after the merger was complete.
