Collaboration and Systems-Building
The biggest challenges and the most important issues facing not-for-profit organizations often require a multi- organizational approach. Coordinating service delivery sometimes requires a systems-approach with governance structures, operating frameworks, and data systems to support the multi-faceted needs of a variety of stakeholders. We believe that the most effective large-scale service delivery partnerships require cultivation at the grass-roots, with providers sharing in the early formulation and development of the supporting structures.
