Mr. Weidemann led BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Company during the development of a new Policy Administration System (PAS) system for the State of West Virginia. Mr. Weidemann worked with senior executives to determine new business processes, develop a training curriculum to support implementation, coordinate timelines, issue management and testing efforts between BrickStreet and its third-party software vendor, and manage user acceptance effort for the newly established PAS.
