- Client: Anonymous (Private Charitable Foundation)
- Project Role:Project Manager
- Project Duration:January 2014 - March 2014
A large foundation in Pittsburgh sought to explore the potential for expanding their grantmaking efforts in the Raleigh, NC region. As a family foundation that focuses on improving child wellbeing, this grantmaker required a study related to youth indicators in the Triangle region to aid their strategic planning efforts.
Rondout Consulting completed a report for the foundation that provided an in-depth comparative analysis of child and youth demographics along with “wellbeing indicators” between the Pittsburgh, PA region, and the Triangle region. In particular, the report analyzed and presented data on the existing conditions related to early childhood organizations, public and private school systems, and out-of-school time organizations and support systems. Included as supplements to the report, Rondout Consulting provided the grantmaker with 2 infographics used to highlight the findings of the study to the foundation’s board members and key stakeholders.
