Service Provider Collaboration

The Forbes Funds sought to implement collaboration as a way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of human services providers in Pittsburgh. Mr. Weidemann led focus groups that identified barriers to collaboration, and developed organizational strategies to overcome these barriers. Utilizing innovative network analysis techniques, Mr. Weidemann developed a series of recommendations that have received interest from numerous foundations and human service agencies.
