Tim Weidemann

Tim is the founder and principal of Rondout Consulting. Over the past decade, Tim has developed expertise in change management and organization design, particularly in relation to strategic change within small- to mid-sized nonprofit and municipal organizations. Tim holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Prior to launching Rondout Consulting, Tim worked in Deloitte Consulting’s US Public Sector practice.

Rondout Consulting maintains an experienced supporting staff performing tasks related to administration, project research, development of key project deliverables and project tracking. In addition to supporting staff, Rondout Consulting also has developed strong working relationships with other experts in a variety of fields. Many of the projects lead by Rondout Consulting have been completed through collaboration with other well-established consulting firms with high levels of qualifications and experience.
