Strategic Planning Board Retreat

Mr. Weidemann facilitated a retreat of the organization’s Board of Directors designed to identify priority projects, initiatives and programs for the near-term future of the organization. In addition to guiding the organization to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, Mr. Weidemann provided a final report that summarized outcomes accomplished by the retreat and recommendations on the timing, sequencing, and execution of the specific steps to achieve the participants’ broad goals over the next two years.
