Strategic Planning Board Retreat

Rondout Consulting planned and facilitated a strategic planning board retreat to review the organization’s strategy, structure, governing framework, and operating model. The retreat included a SWOT analysis that was used to help guide revisions of the organization’s mission and value statements. After identifying the guiding principals of LRANY, the group identified several strategic objectives for achieving future success. Mr. Weidemann designed exercises and materials that would guide the organization as it sets priorities, allocates resources, and executes its operations over the next year. Mr. Weidemann also produced a report to summarize the organization’s actions and findings during the retreat, as well as provide recommendations for steps to success over the next year.
